Names, phone numbers and flight times in a reservation request: where each goes
When you ask the office in Omaha, Nebraska to reserve a car to or from Eppley Airfield, the form gathers a short list of details about you and the ride. This notice follows each of those details from the moment you press send: who reads it, how long it stays, and how you can see it, fix it or have it erased.

1. Details a request asks for
A request holds what a car company needs to price and plan a ride, and very little beyond that. You choose how much of the optional part to fill in, and a blank optional box simply means the car company will not plan around it.
Card numbers and account numbers are never asked for. Riders pay the office nothing, and the car company collects its own payment for each ride directly from the rider, so no payment information of any kind ever passes through the form or sits in the office files.
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, flight times and the flight number for a landing
- How many riders, and whether a sedan or an SUV fits the party
- Child seats wanted, with how many and which kind
- A wheelchair, another mobility aid or a service animal, if you mention one
- For a visitor you reserve for, that rider's name and phone and the box saying they agreed to be contacted
2. What each piece of a request is for
Addresses and dates let the car company work out a written price for each ride on the request. Flight times let it set a pickup that suits a departure, or a ride home that starts after a landing rather than hours before it.
Your email and phone carry the written reply, the price and the confirmation from the car company that follows your yes. Seat and access notes tell the car company which car to send and what to bring along, and it answers each of those points in writing.
3. Three places your request goes
Your request reaches three parties and stops there. First is the form delivery service, which carries the message from your screen to the office mailbox. Second is the office, which reads it and writes your reply.
Third is the one local car company that takes the ride. It receives the whole request, sends its own price, assigns the driver and keeps its own records of the rides it confirms. No other company is sent your details by the office. The site's host and the form service also log the address of the device and the time of each visit, for security; the office does not use those logs to identify anyone or for advertising.
4. Phone contact only with your tick
A checkbox near the end of the form lets the office and the car company that accepts your rides call or text you about those rides only. It starts unticked, and the request goes ahead without it.
Without the tick, every reply arrives by email, and the only call is one from the driver on the ride date. The time your request reaches the office is kept as the time of any consent you gave. With the tick, you can reply STOP to any text message at any point, and the texts end for that request from then on.
5. Kept for two years after your last ride
A request and the replies about it stay on file for two years counted from the last ride in that request. A pattern of weekly rides or a ride home months later is counted from its final date, so the file stays complete while rides are still ahead.
You can ask for deletion before the two years are up. The office then removes the request and its replies, and if a ride on it is still ahead, the office first tells you which ride the car company would no longer hear about.
6. One place name in your browser
On the fares page, a button labeled Keep this place saves one place name in your own browser, so the request form starts with that place chosen next time. Pressing it is the only way anything gets stored there, and only that one name is kept.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, that button is hidden and the browser stores nothing for this site at all. Clearing your browser data for the site removes a saved name whenever you like.
7. Nothing sold or shared for advertising
No part of a request is sold, rented or handed to anyone for advertising. Names, phone numbers, addresses and flight times serve the rides you asked about, and once those rides are done they simply wait out the two years and are deleted.
Should the office ever measure how its ads perform, this page would first describe what is measured, which data it touches and how you can refuse it. Until that text appears in this section, no measurement of that kind runs on the site.
8. Children riding in a reserved car
Requests should come from an adult. When a child rides along, the form asks only how many child seats are needed and which kind, from rear facing to forward facing to booster, and the car company says in writing whether it brings them.
No child's name, age or photo is requested on the form. If you believe a child sent a request on their own, write to yourdetails@awakenedtravelcompany.com with the date it went out, and the office will find it and delete it.
9. Seeing, fixing or erasing your request
Write to yourdetails@awakenedtravelcompany.com and include the contact details you gave when you sent the request, so it can be found. The office replies with a copy of what it holds, fixes anything that is wrong, or erases the request, whichever you ask for.
The office can also pass a correction or a deletion on to the car company that took your ride. Questions by phone are welcome at +1 (402) 345-9461 during phone hours, and letters can be mailed to 1111 N 13th St, Suite 204, Omaha, NE 68102.
10. A fresh date marks each revision
Any new version of this page carries a fresh date at the top. A change that widens who receives your details, or adds a new use for them, is written here before it takes effect and never applies backward to a request already sent.
