The rules both sides keep when a ride is reserved here
These terms apply to anyone who uses this website or sends a request to the ride reservation office in Omaha, Nebraska, for a car to or from Eppley Airfield. Sending the form or calling the office means you accept them. For the details of a single ride, the written confirmation from the car company says more, and on those details it governs.

1. Who stands on each side of a booking
Awakened Travel Company LLC runs this website and takes ride requests at its office, 1111 N 13th St, Suite 204, Omaha, NE 68102, in the North Downtown part of the city. In these terms, "the office" means that company, "the car company" means the local company that receives your request, and "you" means the person who fills in the form, calls, or simply reads these pages.
2. Office passes requests, car company drives
The online form accepts requests 24/7. Requests also come in by phone while the phone is answered. The office sends each request to one local car company that holds its own certificate from the Nebraska Public Service Commission, and it passes that company's replies back to you.
The car company sends its own written price for each ride. After you say yes, it sends a written confirmation naming the pickup time and the meeting point. From then on the car company drives the car, assigns the driver and collects the payment, while the office stays the place to write if anything needs passing along.
3. Reading a from-figure correctly
Every price shown on this site is a from-figure, per car, each way, for a sedan seating up to 3 riders or an SUV seating up to 6. It marks where the price for a place begins. A party larger than 6 needs two cars, and each car is priced in writing.
The amount that counts is the written price the car company sends for your ride. Nothing is held in your name until the car company confirms in writing after your yes, so a request is a free quote and puts you under no obligation.
4. One payee for every ride
You pay the office nothing. The office takes no card details and accepts no payment of any kind, whether on this site, by phone or in person. You pay the car company directly, in the way its written price or confirmation describes. For each reservation the car company accepts, it pays the office a set fee, and that arrangement is between the two businesses.
5. If you need money back
Because the office collects no money from riders, it holds nothing to return. Any refund, cancellation charge or credit for a ride is decided and paid by the car company, under the terms written in its price and confirmation. To change or cancel a confirmed ride, call the car company number printed on its confirmation, or write to the office and it will pass your message on.
6. Nothing here is shipped or delivered
The office sells no goods and mails out nothing. There is no product to deliver, return or exchange. What reaches you from the office is information: the car company's written price, its written confirmation, and, for any ride more than 30 days after the first ride of a request, a fresh confirmation the office asks the car company for 7 days before that ride.
7. Limits on the office's responsibility
The duty of the office is to pass your request to the car company with care, as you wrote it, and to send the replies back within the reply times the form shows. The car company answers for the ride itself, including the car, the driver, the pickup and the meeting point.
To the extent Nebraska law allows, the office is liable only for its own handling of your request, and not for traffic, weather, road closures, late landings or anything else that happens during a ride. Read each confirmation as soon as it arrives and say at once if a date, an address or a number of riders is wrong.
8. Page content and outside links
Road miles, minutes and from-figures on these pages were measured or set on October 13, 2026, on clear roads, and they can change. Notes about Eppley Airfield describe the terminal as of October 2026 and may age quickly while it is rebuilt.
You may read and print pages for your own use. Where a page links to another website, that site has its own rules, and the office has no say over what it publishes or how it handles your data.
9. Nebraska law governs these terms
The laws of the State of Nebraska govern these terms and any dispute about them or about the use of this site. A claim against the office is to be brought in a court that sits in Omaha, Nebraska, unless a law that cannot be set aside by agreement points somewhere else.
10. Updates and questions
The office may revise these terms when its work or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force, and a request follows the version posted on the day it is sent.
Write to ridesheet@awakenedtravelcompany.com about a request or about these terms, and to yourdetails@awakenedtravelcompany.com about personal data. Call +1 (402) 345-9461 Monday through Saturday during phone hours. On Sunday the phone is closed and requests go through the form.
